I am thrilled with this collaborative presentation across physical fitness, lifestyle health, and healthy meal preparation.  I am joined by Martin Kimpston of Strictly Muscles and Sergio Vicente of Sage Eats Chicago.  Each have gone above and beyond for their clients to deliver key solutions centered on health.  We are sharing this with the University of Illinois School of Public Health’s wellness committee next week!
