What have you been interested in lately?
The best wellness topics for the time have been stress, well-being, and immune health. While, some of those tried and true options have been resurfacing such as fitness, productivity, and happiness.
It's always fun at the end of a year to come up with topics for the future year. This year, however, we were thrown a monkey wrench. Our small team had to take a step back to make sure that we would be providing both relevant and timely material for you.
Slowly, but surely, this great information you can use is being published or sent out to you. Our most recent blog post focused on many people's favorite topics: fitness. Shortly before that, we focused on happiness and were nearly overwhelmed by the response.
Luckily, topics like stress, immune health, brain health, and self-care were already on our calendar. In fact, some of those areas are core to our model.
We have been sensitive to information overload. However, we are both excited and looking forward to re-launching our guided education modules later this year.
In the meantime, keep checking the wellness blog for great information and, most importantly, motivation to stay on track.
